Phillip is an individual with a strong academic background, holding a B.Sc. in Electronics from the University of Mysore, India, and currently pursuing an MBA at ESAMI – Eastern and Southern African Management Institute in Arusha. He has further enriched his knowledge through various courses and training in ERP Systems, Management Development, Contract Management, Purchasing Principles, Projects Management, and more.
Phillip boasts a diverse professional history, beginning as a Systems Engineer at Soft-Tech Consultants and advancing to IT Manager at Mbeya Cement Company. Later, he excelled as Purchasing Manager at Mbeya Cement, optimizing procurement processes and vendor relationships. He showcased leadership as Director of Administration and Operations at RITA and as the Administrator General, driving organizational success. Furthermore, he actively contributes to organizations like Mwanza University and TLM (Tumaini la Maisha) - Caring for Children with Cancer. His skill set includes Project Management, Procurement, ERP Systems Implementation, IT Management, Leadership, Business Continuity Management, and Team Leadership.
