We are currently undertaking a significant project named "Tanzania Women Leaders Documentary," which aims to document the stories of women leaders from various levels and responsibilities in both the public and private sectors. The primary objective is to share their experiences, skills, challenges, and aspirations, highlighting the journey of women from their origins to their current positions and future ambitions.

To date, we have successfully conducted interviews with over 20 prominent women leaders, including Mama Maria Nyerere, Mama Fatma Karume, Mama Leah Lupembe, Anna Abdallah, Ambassador Amina Ally, Mama Mongela, Honorable Pius Msekwa, and Judge Warioba, among others.

As part of the project, we plan to organize an event that will gather more than 500 leaders, including men, where we will present this documentary. For the first time, this documentary will be aired live through various media houses to reach a wider audience.
